• Let your employer know that you want to breastfeed when you return to work. If you can, take a look at your worksite to see where there might be a private place for you to pump your milk, and make sure there’s an electrical outlet if your pump needs to be plugged in. Also, find out where you could store your milk, or bring an insulated bag to keep your milk cold during the day.
• If you know who your child care provider will be, talk with them about your plans to breastfeed your baby and provide pumped milk. |
